In February 2025, the HISAKAGE Zhejiang factory underwent a comprehensive renovation and an extensive production layout adjustment to enhance efficiency, optimize workflow, and strengthen quality control, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. This upgrade encompassed key areas, including the production workshop, testing workshop, finished goods warehouse, sheet metal workshop, raw materials warehouse, and critical operational roles:

Production Workshop Upgrade

The workflow layout was redesigned to streamline production processes, minimize unnecessary handling and waiting times, and improve overall operational efficiency. Advanced automation and precision machining equipment were introduced to enhance product consistency and manufacturing accuracy. The working environment was optimized with improved ventilation, lighting, and safety measures to ensure better working conditions for employees.

Sheet Metal Workshop Modernization

CNC sheet metal processing equipment was upgraded to enhance precision in cutting, bending, and welding, improving overall manufacturing quality. The workflow was restructured to reduce material waste and increase production efficiency.

Raw Materials Warehouse Optimization

Dedicated storage zones were established for different material categories to improve organization and retrieval efficiency. Temperature and humidity-controlled storage facilities were introduced to preserve sensitive materials and maintain production stability. An advanced inventory management system was adopted to track material inflows and outflows accurately, reducing overstocking and waste.

Optimization of Key Operational Roles

Core production staff received advanced training to improve their technical skills and ensure optimal equipment operation. A dedicated quality management team was established to oversee production processes and enforce stringent quality standards. A more refined production management system was introduced to enhance team coordination and overall productivity.

Testing Workshop Enhancement

Finished Goods Warehouse Expansion and Management Upgrade

The storage space was expanded, and the shelving layout was optimized to increase storage capacity and accommodate growing production demands. A Warehouse Management System (WMS) was implemented for real-time inventory tracking, improving warehouse efficiency. Additional protective measures were introduced to ensure the safety of stored products and prevent environmental damage.

Through this comprehensive upgrade, the HISAKAGE Zhejiang factory has significantly enhanced its overall production capacit.
